We love Suzanne Kasler’s design—modern, feminine and classical thanks to her master editing skills and distinguished aesthetic. The rooms she designed are calming, layered, sophisticated yet very practical to use. She loves to start from white with which, as she said, everything can be layered on. Her favorite room is living room since it is the place where people usually put on their best collections. In the home tour video below, our favorite rooms are the entry, living room, kitchen and bedroom.
- Entry: We love how she built an extra alcove to give the moment to pause when enter the house.
- Living room: we love the idea she often put a large library table in her living room to showcase all of her collections. What a fun idea!
- In the kitchen, we love how she built the windows from the floor to let more natural light in. And the windows are just like classical tilt-and-turn European windows—always give you a nice breeze. The window view to the garden in the kitchen is stunning.
- Bedroom: We love the calming color palette in her bedroom.
It’s pretty hot out there at the end of July, specially this year. So, it is the perfect time to sit back with a chilled glass of cocktail and enjoy the tour.
