Room Design—A Fun And Glam Multipurpose Room

This is a multipurpose room we designed. The dark green leafy wallpaper envelops the room with a moody and relaxing vibe. Burnt orange, chocolate brown, sunny yellow and fashion-forward coral bring in the warm feel of fall. The animal prints are playful and whimsical. A touch of pink elevates the space with sophistication and softness. This is the room for the family get-together, movie nights and cocktail parties thanks to the extra long sectional. A tufted ottoman is the perfect place where you put your feet up after a long day to wind down or it can serves as an extra seat for your guests.

Here is our September Room Design Series—an entry with a fresh fall feel. Fall is a time to slow down, get cozy, and take a deep breath. We have brought in this feeling to the design —layers of quiet warm whites to relax and rest in yet there are subtle pops of color that make you smell cider and cinnamon. Fall Decor Series—Dining Room

Although we are still in the middle of hot summer, we cannot wait the coming of fall—the warm color palettes, cozy texture and fun pattern and the romantic feel about everything. “There is something so special in the early leaves drifting from the trees–as if we are all to be allowed a chance to peel, to refresh, to start again.” Yes, what we can imagine is golden light and painted trees. What about you and how the season of fall makes you feel?

In today’s fall decor series, we would like to present this chic and glam dining room with lot of rich earthy tones. The dining room design is inspired by nature and trend studies from fashion to home. The room is modern and fresh thanks to the mid-century modern inspired furniture. But we bring in some Neo-classical pieces such as antique brass chandeliers, the mirror and buffet lamps. The blue-and-white chinoiserie vases elevate the dining room with a sense of timelessness. 2. A look that’s calm and soothing.

We love the deep seats and sink-in comfort look on the sectional–a perfect spot to cozy up for a cup of coffee in fall & winter. The palette of plush chalk-white performance cushions and upholstered light blue frame is coastal.

A pair of handcrafted rattan chairs with a low-seat profile are casual, relaxing, unexpected and chic. The coffee table with a natural accent lighten up the space. The round-shaped chandelier brings a touch of ethereal, with gold tones that add a little extra luster. And the capiz shells themselves are the perfect natural diffuser, illuminating the space with a soft, warm glow.

We fell fast and hard for this gorgeous rug. Expert weavers hand-select each and every abaca plant fiber, then weave them tightly together to create thick braids for a rich texture, a chunky weave, and fantastic durability.
