When it comes to refreshing your living room for fall, the key is blending comfort, color, and a hint of seasonal personality. In this project, we designed a space that feels both sophisticated and playful, making it ideal for everyday living and holiday gatherings.
The centerpiece is a curved green sofa — an elegant statement piece that softens the room’s lines and creates a welcoming flow. Alongside it, we added pink lounge chairs that almost feel like they’re giving you a hug, offering both comfort and charm.
Grounding the space is a green hand-knotted rug adding texture and timeless appeal. To bring light and refinement, we selected a chandelier from Serena & Lily — a chic choice that ties the room together.
Since fall is also about celebration, we finished the look with Halloween pumpkins from Mackenzie-Childs. They’re festive without being overpowering, adding just the right seasonal touch to the design. 🎃✨

This season, our design mood embraces modern chic living rooms that flow with ease and elegance. We wanted to create a space that feels sophisticated yet playful—highlighting curved silhouettes, fluid forms, and a thoughtful balance of color and texture.
At the heart of the room sits a bold blue curved sofa that anchors the space. Its sculptural form creates movement and contrast against the crisp white backdrop with pleated drapes. To complement, a burnt orange loveseat adds warmth, while a pair of patterned chairs bring a whimsical, playful touch.
The Lighting
Above, a flower-inspired blown glass chandelier captures the eye with its fluid, organic shape. It adds a soft, ethereal glow and reinforces the theme of natural, flowing forms throughout the space.
The Rug
Grounding the entire room is a hand-knotted cream rug with a subtle floral motif. This piece ties everything together—adding elegance, warmth, and texture without overwhelming the space.
The Mood
This living room is all about balance: bold yet refined, modern yet timeless. The interplay of colors, curves, and textures creates an inviting space that reflects our current design mood for the season.
This living room we designed features a curved sofa, one pair of comfy arm chairs in mustard velvet fabric. What we really love about this room is the whimsy ruffled pillows and irregular checked hand knitted rugs. They are now on sale.

The vintage green hues, the blush on the boucle curved sofa and various green hues and white combo in the classical checkered wallpaper is the color palette we chose for this modern living room for a light, airy and soft interior. The curved blush sectional floating in the middle of the space anchors the room with its sculptural, feminine and statement-making gesture while the Victoria fireplace mantle, the brass chandelier and the checkered pattern on the wallpaper bring in a touch of timelessness and old-world charm. The hand-crafted jute rug infuse warm, relaxing and organic feeling to the space.
Antique Louis XV fireplace mantel in Carrara white marble from the 19th century. . The serpentine breakfront shelf above a fielded freeze centered by a central shell echoed by shell decorated endblocks which sit above angled, paneled jamb on sturdy footblocks. Mantel has its lovely original patina. Overall great piece with history.

“Margit Wittig has used her sculptural skills to create beautifully-crafted, well-proportioned candlesticks, which are compositions of her unique signature pearl-shaped designs. Each candlestick begins as hand-sculpted spheres which are used to create moulds in three sizes. Margit refers to these finished spheres as pearls. These highly original, eye-catching candlesticks come in three different sizes depending on the number of pearls: three, five and seven. The candlesticks are cast in resin and Jesmonite mixed with pigment at the start of the process, to ensure colour consistency. Some of the candlesticks are subtly finished with hand painted gold patina to reflect the shimmer of the candle.
